Scott is an experienced senior leader having held several executive and CEO roles throughout his longstanding career in the disability services sector. He comes to CPSN most recently from the nationally-focused House with No Steps Group where, in his role as Chief Customer Officer, he oversaw quality, practice, policy, human rights, research, and customer experience functions.

Reflecting on his appointment, Scott said: “I am honoured and excited to have been selected to lead this wonderful organisation.’’

“As a parent, with a lived experience of cerebral palsy, I am deeply committed to the vision and purpose of CPSN. I personally understand the impact of disability and the critical importance that connections and community play in the lives of individuals and families with CP. I am passionately committed to placing our members at the absolute centre of everything we do.

Scott has also served on government and sector taskforces and boards, including the Victorian and Queensland NDS State Committees and National Board as well as the Victorian Government NDIS Implementation Taskforce.

Scott lives in South East Victoria with his wife and four young adult children.
