A day in the life of our People and Culture Administrator, Sonya Rule can vary greatly, which is something that she enjoys.
After being with CPSN for just a year, she is a crucial team player to behind-the-scenes activity, providing support for Service Delivery and People and Culture teams, including: ensuring compliance documentation is up to date for all staff, recruitment co-ordination and onboarding of our support staff for clients, general communication to staff, and much more!

Sonya is proud to have achieved and implemented a standard recruitment process to assist Client Liaison Co-ordinators in sourcing the best matched support workers for their clients, and then assisting new support workers through their recruitment and onboarding journey.
It’s nice to feel like I’m making a difference and adding value to people’s lives in the work that I do.
Sonya believes in creating the best support systems available and making and taking time to ensure that everything is done according to the individual’s needs.

One important thing Sonya has learned in a short time in the role is the following to a happy work atmosphere:

In her spare time, Sonya enjoys pottering in the garden, camping and spending time with friends and family.
