We pride ourselves on having a head office team who are committed to promoting the rights and interests of individuals with cerebral palsy, their parents and carers.

Our organisational Vision and Purpose are more than words, it’s the ethos we live and work by. CPSN offers members of our head office team a fun, supportive working environment with flexible working arrangements as well as excellent salary packaging.

All team members of CPSN are committed to promoting and protecting the interests and safety of vulnerable persons including people with a disability, children, people from culturally or linguistically diverse backgrounds and Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islanders.

We have zero tolerance for abuse of vulnerable people.

Expressions of interest: Support Workers

Fantastic opportunities exist for people who are committed to making a difference to people with a disability.

We are seeking support workers, for various locations in Victoria, to help people with cerebral palsy in their homes, in the community, their places of work and education and within their social circles.

At CPSN, we know we are at our best when our team represents the communities we serve. We are proud of our commitment to providing a supportive work environment for all team members. We actively encourage applications from all candidates, including the LGBTI community, Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples and people with disabilities.

Employment with CPSN is subject to the following forms of pre-employment safety screening such as Police Records Check (and international where relevant), Working with Children Check, Disability Worker Exclusion Scheme Check and Reference Checks. This role is only available to Australian Residents or to those who hold the right to work in Australia.
