The Opportunity:

Maxima in partnership with CPSN are currently seeking an Aboriginal or Torres Strait Islander person or person with lived experience of cerebral palsy to work as part to their Customer Services team as Customer Services Administration Officer (CSAO).

This rewarding opportunity will provide paid practical experience whilst studying towards a nationally accredited Certificate III in Business. You will be provided with ongoing mentoring and support throughout your traineeship.

This role is a Part Time OR Full-Time position working Monday to Friday in a flexible work environment. Hours are negotiable for the right candidate: 0.6 - 1 FTE.

The Role:

As a Trainee CSAO, you will be responsible for providing support to the Customer Services team across the range tasks.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Customer service activities: first point of contact for all enquiries, in person support, calls, emails
  • Developing and maintaining relationships with CPSN members, prompt and effective delivery of service to support their needs
  • Coordinate administration processes
  • Providing advice, guidance and support to queries and escalating where appropriate
  • Support monitoring social media communications
  • Engagement in supporting communications and marketing activities
  • Utilising databases including Microsoft Office, Salesforce

Required Qualifications/Experience:

  • Current NDIS Workers Check or willingness to obtain
  • Knowledge of and ability to use Microsoft Applications
  • Experience in customer service
