Our Telehealth Patient Pathways Nurse is free, confidential information and support service which provides information and links to practical support to CPSN members in Victoria. It can be for individuals with cerebral palsy and other similar disabilities, their family members, friends and support networks. This allows anyone in Victoria to have access to the service for themselves, or for someone they care for. To book an appointment, please become a free member with us today. We will contact you to arrange a time for a consultation with our Telehealth nurse.

Meet Amy, our Telehealth Nurse
Amy Seeary is a registered nurse with over 16 years of experience in public health care and the university sector. Amy is also mum to twin boys with cerebral palsy, so she understands the experiences of individuals and families from diagnosis to beyond.

COVID-19 and Telehealth Services
