Coronavirus (COVID-19) Response
Last updated 24 March 2020
State and Federal governments across Australia are implementing considerable measures to stop the spread of COVID-19. We too are committed to playing our part in protecting our members, service delivery participants and the community from the health concerns posed by COVID-19.
The CPSN head office will not be open to visitors and most of our team will work remotely. It is necessary for us to play this role in order to protect those most vulnerable, ourselves, our families and our communities.
Our services are still open and available to you with some minor changes. This may involve more direct contact over the phone or online, rather than in person. From this point on, CPSN have cancelled all public gatherings and events.
We have the necessary technology to continue to deliver information, advice and services to you.
You can call us on 1300 277 600 – we will endeavour to help you quickly, although some minor delays may be experienced.
You can email email@example.com.
We can continue to support your NDIS preplanning meetings via a video, online or telephone communication methods which best suits your needs.
The NDIS has added new measures to ensure essential support is in place for participants, workers and providers throughout the COV-19 outbreak. You can find more information here.

We understand and appreciate that this is a very stressful and challenging time for you and your family, and our thoughts are with you and we are here to assist you in any way that we can.
